jump in your chest with your chest muscles all activated keep your chest tight your spine straight and you will be able to feel a stretch in very small circles keep it precise

stay focused.  This is going to activate your chest muscles you'll end up losing a lot of

chest fat with these exercises the next exercise you're going to take your arms back

but you're not going to bend your elbows you're going to keep it straight and you're going to bring it back and back again hold it to the count of five.

 

you only need to hold it when you take it behind your neck and back again now for the next exercise, we're going to keep our arms like this and stretch it from one end to the other from left to right and right to left keep your spine straight the main mistake people make here is they either bend forwards or they bend their elbows no just keep it straight
