you have to do is sit straight with your back absolutely straight and you have
to take the help of a scarf.it could be any kind all you have to do is keep
your arms absolutely straight and make small circles just like this if you make
big circles it's not going to help you so make sure you make only small circles
and tighten your chest and you will be able to feel a little
jump in your chest with your chest
muscles all activated keep your chest tight your spine straight and you will be
able to feel a stretch in very small circles keep it precise

exercise you're going to take your arms back
but you're not going to bend your
elbows you're going to keep it straight and you're going to bring it back and
back again hold it to the count of five.

our arms like this and stretch it from one end to the other from left to right and
right to left keep your spine straight the main mistake people make here is they
either bend forwards or they bend their elbows no just keep it straight

time take no stress and drink lots of water about three to four liters that

there's no such thing as spot reduction but yet you can definitely aim for full
