Some people may think that using these things can be a good way to lose belly fat. But it's not like this.

Belly Fat Can Be A Muscle Builder In The Wrong Places, Not A Builder In Your Body.

Imagine if your waist was as strong and long as an elephant's.

Your shoulders would weigh twice as much as your body weight in them. And your chest would hold double the size of your abdomen when you were about to sit down for a meal.

Your back would have a long straight line than your waist.

Your arms would have more than double the strength of your body. You could feel them reaching out to grab a bag from the floor and turn it over. Or even grab the phone that's hanging from the wall or desk next to you.

Your calves would be short and skinny.

Your legs would grow in length.

Your feet would be flat.

Your butt should be squatter than it is.

Your back should be so deep in the ground that you're barely able even to lay one leg down. It should be taller than your shoulders and hips.



Your thighs and glutes should be thick enough to keep your tungsten burning in the summer months. They should also bend low enough to give your backspace to do what it does best: do work at least twelve hours or six days per week.

Your butt muscles should be big enough to reach up and grab a cup of coffee from the counter. They should be more muscular than your arm muscles are.

Your arms and hands should grow like trees to help lift those heavyweights.

Your abdominal muscles should be sturdy enough to pull a knife up from the floor when you're ready to move your entire body.

Your lower abs should reach into the bottom of your thigh as high as you can get a grip on your toes.

Your upper abs should be as close to your spine as possible.

Your core should be sturdy enough to lift heavy stuff without getting it stuck in your rib cage.

Your biceps and triceps shouldn't look like they've been chopped up with a saw. The muscles you use should also have a natural curve and strength.

Your back should be very thin and straight.

Your stomach should be more defined than what many people imagine it to be. If not, it should be very wide. There should be no empty spaces under your ribs or under your breasts. Too much room means your ass is looking smaller and your waist looks wider.

Your lower back should have some extra room for your hip flexors and your quads.

Your front shin should show like a little girl who isn't allowed to play with her dollhouse because everyone thinks it's ugly. No one wants to see it that way. Maybe someone thought your legs looked like puss puppies. People want to look nice.

Your thighs and gluteus maximus should have some extra room for your calf muscles and your calves.

Your shoulders should look like they've grown by four different sizes from last year; it should grow a little bit larger than you are now. Don't worry.

Your arms and legs should have nice lines and curves.

You shouldn't just have a single type of body, but plenty of it.

You should have a solid, built-in bodybuilder, but you should also have lots of building blocks if you're serious about fitness.

You should also build muscle because you're going to need some for your future. I don't know about you, but my thighs were always too long. My arms were too weak and short, and my knees still hurt the same time every day.

You'll have more power and stamina and strength than you ever had before. With time, you'll be able to use that power and stamina to power through tough workouts, push yourself to greater heights, and become stronger than anyone else in the gym.
